PROBLEM
The main reason crypto is not used as payment is the barrier to entry phenomenon. This term is used to describe a group of individuals that doesn't trust or doesn't know how to use the technology. In this case it's crypto used as payments. With over hundreds of different wallets, currencies, public keys, private keys. This gives crypto a barrier to entry. Global impact
With bitcoin being the first ever cryptocurrency, Satoshi Nakamoto intended it to act as: “currency of the people” and in the official white paper released by Satoshi Nakamoto it said: “Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending.”
SOLUTION
HetoPay isn't a third party controlling assets, we are simply a user-interface designed to remove the barrier to entry and allow everyone to use crypto as it was intended by Satoshi Nakamoto.
